How do I place an order for THMX aircraft, parts &
accessories? 1.) Please send your order inquiry to
your closest dealer by first going to the find a dealer
page. 2.) If a dealer
is not listed in your country, contact us directly by going to the customer service
page. Please contact us by going to the customer service
page. 1.) If you
purchased a product made by THMX, please contact the dealer you placed your
order with. A dealer list can
be found on the find a dealer page. 2.) If your
country does not have a dealer, or you purchased a product directly from
us, please send us your order question by going to the customer service
page. 1.) Check to see
if your inquiry is answered on this page. 2.) You might
want to recheck your product’s instruction manual. 3.) You should
always contact the dealer you purchased from first. However, our technical advice team
is also always happy to help anybody who has a technical question. You can send our technical advice
team a question by going to the customer service page. Because we value customer feedback, your suggestions,
opinions, ideas and criticism are appreciated. You may send them via our customer service
page. 1.) Although
certain THMX dealers may suggest a certain type of engine manufacturer, we
understand that customers prefer using the engine manufacturer of their
choice. Currently our aircraft
are universally designed allowing customers to use their preferred engine
manufacturer. 2.) For the
correct engine size of an aircraft, please consult your aircraft
instruction manual, or our technical advice team by going to the customer
service page. - 1980 Sing Good
Trading Co. Ltd. (SGTC) was founded originally as a Porsche dealership - 1990 WHITEMODELS
started as a division under SGTC importing RC products to Taiwan. - 1999
WHITEMODELS division became SGTC’s sole business and so SGTC and
WHITEMODELS were essentially done away with and the business reopened as
Sky Fantasy Trading Co. Ltd. (SFTC). - 2008 The
president of SFTC founded Tian Huan Mo Xin Co. Ltd. (THMX) and placed THMX
under the oversight of SFTC management. Sky Fantasy Trading Co. Ltd., located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan,
markets many international RC related brands from around the world and also
manages THMX. Located in
China, THMX is the production factory where THMX aircraft and our OEM
client’s aircraft are produced.
Both THMX and Sky Fantasy Trading Co. Ltd. are owned by Hsu Lung
Fa. Although we are now trying
to run all our businesses under the name THMX, some paperwork will still
show Sky Fantasy Trading Co. Ltd. No. Although the
president of THMX and Sky Fantasy Trading Co. Ltd., Hsu Lung Fa, once
worked for SD-MODEL as the design manager and designed SD-MODEL’s aircraft,
